By using PetForWeb, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

PetForWeb provides:

• Interactive dog companion on webpages and in the Chrome side panel
• Breeds, goodies, and customization
• Tricks, trick builder, and learned tricks
• Mini-games, challenges, and stars unlocks
• Optional on-device Smart chat
• User authentication and cloud sync features

Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use PetForWeb only for lawful purposes
• Avoid interfering with the extension's normal functionality
• Avoid reverse engineering or abusing the service
• Respect websites and third-party platforms while using the extension

You are responsible for your own browser environment and usage.

4. Privacy Commitments

PetForWeb is built as a companion experience. As a product feature, it does not read webpage content, scan open tabs, or analyze browsing history for summaries or productivity insights.

PetForWeb does NOT collect:

• Passwords
• Form inputs
• Banking information
• Private messages
• Webpage content for summarization
• Open-tab or history scanning as a product feature

5. Accounts and Authentication

Some features require login or account creation. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting your login credentials
• Any activity occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse or malicious activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All PetForWeb branding, visuals, UI, animations, code, and features are owned by PetForWeb unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the extension
• Resell PetForWeb assets
• Use PetForWeb branding without permission

7. Third-Party Services

PetForWeb may integrate with third-party services such as:

• Google Gemini
• Supabase
• Backend hosting providers

We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use PetForWeb for malicious purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Abuse APIs or backend infrastructure
• Interfere with other users or websites
• Upload harmful code or scripts

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

9. Disclaimer

PetForWeb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all websites or browsers

Use the extension at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetForWeb shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Browser issues
• Productivity interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Termination
